My name is Siddhartha. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English and a Master's Degree in Business, but my wandering soul led me to the field of writing, where I worked for a few years. Being in the field, I constantly came upon young and older adults who had the thoughts but lacked the means of expression, either because they were too shy or didn't have the right tools. As fate would have it, upon being presented with an opportunity to train people for IELTS, I grabbed it and felt like I was where I needed to be. I was helping people express themselves better and fulfil their dreams. Soon, I branched off to other training avenues, with Personality development programs being one of them, which I feel is a need for the majority of the young professionals on the cusp of entering the job market or even for young children who are about to join college.
